Current Mentoring and Training Package for New Entrants.

Negotia Group have built a proprietary 90-day mentoring program designed to offer supplementary support and assistance to the owners of small broking firms. This program will professionally engage new brokers during that first critical 90 days post-commencement and provide owners an efficient, effective and independent training package.

It is an “On-Line” learning program designed to be completed and discussed with the mentor during the 90 day program. There are 12 workbooks for participants to complete, one workbook is delivered each week.

The content will ultimately be delivered by video lecture – supported by a reading assignment found in module form inside downloadable workbooks, that will be printed or saved to file. In some instances, “templates” are downloadable and discussed at the end of the reading assignment workbook. Templates will be in either word or excel format.
